Feb is a short month. I believe it is a great month to start on new behaviors. Why not start today and make that behavior part of your lifestyle. Many people talk about starting tomorrow, but to be honest tomorrow never comes. I was told once that if you were not going to start today, then you truly didn't want to start. You are the main factor of when you will start working towards your goals. Until you decide to take action today and not tomorrow you will never start your journey of goal achievements. Today is the day. Who knows what tomorrow will bring to you in your life. Take advantage of today and Press On.
