PRESS ON
No matter what the task is always finish and always give your best. Be completely honest with yourself and ask, "Have i given it my all?" There is no greater feeling then being able to PRESS ON when you think you have nothing else. Its not how you start its how you finish that is just as important. Remember that next time you workout. How you finish?
